The staff were fantastic and very helpful. They assisted me checking in early, because I arrived at 3 am, though check in was at 3 pm. Amenities were fabulous, and the shampoo had great quality. The view from my room was beautiful. I could see the city light up at night.
The bed and bedding could have been more comfortable.

adequate stay, some issues noted

strong odorbetter ventilation
i found a lingering odor in the room i was assigned. it smelled distinctly of body odor, quite strong. this issue persisted even after i requested a different room, though it was somewhat less pronounced. the hotel should address this problem to improve guest comfort, perhaps with deeper cleaning or better ventilation.
